“Product itself was fine - black pair of Clarks desert boots. Customer service was non existent. I paid for next working day delivery because I needed the shoes for a wedding and I was travelling from one location to the next. They sent it by standard Royal Mail and when RM was delayed the shoes turned up late. I sent an email to them regarding this issue which they've completely ignored. Not one for writing snotty reviews, but in this case, entirely justified.”
