“Not sure about every brand/item but I purchased a large Lois Jeans jacket now I am large in most things but thought ok some brands are smaller so I exchanged it for an XL, this duly arrived and was still too small, just be careful on certain sizes because I am certainly not an XXL”

“Absolutely shocking spent over £1000 on various clothes - delivered at completely wrong address by DPD and then when you try to call Stuart’s Customer Service which DPD instructed me to do you are on hold for 10 minutes and then get cut off!! Nightmare first experience !!”

“The service couldn't be better or more responsive. I ordered three pairs of socks. Within a day, I was notified that one pair was out of stock and that I would be refunded for that. I was. A few days after that, the socks arrived. Simple transaction, done on time. What more could you want?”
