“Have purchased from Stuart's a couple of times before and the items have fitted perfectly. On this occasion I found them a little large and I have to compliment Stuart's on their return procedure. I received sizing advise regarding my fear that one size down would be too small and also a prepaid returns label. I have already been informed that my returns have been received and exchange items are on their way to me. Excellent customer service all areas. Many thanks.”

“Aloha, Stuarts of London has exceeded my expectations for a quality internet transaction. The product itself is as good as the original I purchased in 1989. The website was super easy to navigate and complete my purchase. It was delivered on schedule here in Hawaii. This is a quality establishment and I'll purchase from them again.”

“Placed an order on line. It arrived promptly and in good condition. Only problem it didn't fit. I happened to be passing through Shepherds Bush and returned the item to the shop. I was delighted to find the assistant helpful and able to exchange the item with no issues at all. Quality service so rarely seen these days. Thankyou”
