“These are the shoes exact conditions when I received it. Notified their staff via email immediately, and they replied in a relatively fast manner. And their explanation was the outer layer of the leather is coated with a protective powder substance. This safeguarding measure ensures the leather's integrity during transit and storage. I wish I was notified this before I pressed the buy button. Staff Told me to use a damp cloth to wipe it, which I did, but not all the white marks can be removed. So now all I got was this explanation and a very sincere apology from their staff which I appreciated, but I have still paid the money and still have to keep this shoes in this condition.”
