“They don’t even know what products they’re selling on their website. They can’t be bothered to take their own product shots or to learn what they actually stock. Ordered one thing, got something else entirely. Wouldn’t bother with them.”

“I was disappointed in your mistake as these caps were going to South Africa, luckily I checked before flying out. I had received both Stetson Hats but noticed the price tag on both caps is £79.00 each. A big price difference as the black one you charged me for was £169.00, hence the return. Do have any similiar black caps at £79.00 ? so that I can reorder ?”
