“I ordered a pair of shoes and received them pretty quickly. I live in the US so the fast shipment was nice. The shoes are great and the price was really good. The only problem was I did not receive any tracking information on the package. So with the possibility of having to sign for the delivery I pretty much had to stay around the house so I wouldn't miss the delivery. A little bit of an inconvenience but was able to receive package on time I guess.”

“Overall a good service. I've ordered a few things and all have been delivered quickly. I was just dissapointed with an expensive Baracuta jacket I bought. It just came in a plastic bag. No tissue or box. At £340 I expected it to be packed better than it was.”

“I was pleasently reminded when an out of stock item came back into stock. I had a few quwstions and the cutomer service was very helpful so I purchased the item the same day. Stuarts holds a lots of great items that are tricky to get elsewhere in London. Fab, completly recommend.”

“Deducting one star because the laces on my left shoe arrived with loose threading that sticks out, and it's too expensive to exchange for a flawless pair. Wish they had checked prior to shipping. Otherwise great.”
