“Excellent customer service! I bought some loafers from Stuarts which had a manufacturer fault. Emailed them, and received a perfect replacement pair within two days (having been sent pictures of the new pair to check the quality). Highly recommended!”

“I've made prior checking with the helpdesk on the sizing & was affirmed with US sizing before ordering (Gramicci). Unfortunately, I received a smaller size which I guessed had been mistaken with Asian size. I have no option to exchange as the item is no longer in stock.”
