“Bought some trainers which were too small, Stuart’s didn’t have the next size so couldn’t take advantage of their ‘free exchange’. Instead I had to pay £14 to send the shoes back so that I could receive a refund. I bought the shoes in good faith and in the size I always have but am now out of pocket. Not sure this way of treating on-line customers is actually legal! Anyway, certainly won’t be buying anything else from them, as I can’t take a chance on them being the correct fit. Awful way to treat customers.”
