“I still haven’t received my order and it is being investigated’ by the courier/Stuarts, I find this really unusual as normally Stuart’s are really prompt when dispatching goods and I have experienced no issues up until now. The customer services team I didn’t feel were particularly professional when dealing with the issue when I raised it to them but their is still time to make amends.”

“Bought 2 items, first one had to be sent back but the process was brilliant, the other item I wanted from Lacoste but they had sold out and it was a limited edition but Stuart’s had one and cheaper and again brilliant service.”

“Product arrived as described. Fast dispatch, but unfortunately the delivery was delayed due to Royal Mail, and not Stuarts. On the whole, I am happy how Stuarts handle the situation with the delay, so can't fault their customer service.”
