“Aloha, Stuarts of London has exceeded my expectations for a quality internet transaction. The product itself is as good as the original I purchased in 1989. The website was super easy to navigate and complete my purchase. It was delivered on schedule here in Hawaii. This is a quality establishment and I'll purchase from them again.”

“I purchased some trainers from Stuart’s they turned up very quickly but unfortunately they didn’t fit correctly so had to return them. Delivery and refund with no issues”

“Placed an order on line. It arrived promptly and in good condition. Only problem it didn't fit. I happened to be passing through Shepherds Bush and returned the item to the shop. I was delighted to find the assistant helpful and able to exchange the item with no issues at all. Quality service so rarely seen these days. Thankyou”

“I can't review the item yet as I haven't received it. DPD delivered it to the incorrect address and now yourselves and DPD are passing the buck between each other despite photographic evidence being provided as requested. As a result you have a very angry customer who is £260 out of pocket and who has not received any resolution to this.”
