“Excellent service from Sturats. I had a query which was answered very quickly and recieved my boots quickly. Packaging was good, double boxed which you don't always get form other retailers.”

“Im sorry to say my first and last purchase from Stuarts. i ordered a Gabicci Lavelle top in large which was sent as small so reordered and once again small. had to argue that is wasn’t my error to get free shipping and eventually instead of the large was refunded. Real shame as you stock some fantastic clothes”

“I was looking for a cord Carhart cap to put away for my Son for Christmas and found one on Stuart’s London website. I loved the colour (buffalo) so ordered it… ordering off this site was easy, communication very good, delivery fast…. Very impressed and would certainly use again in the future. In addition they had a promotion on so I saved a little money which is always a bonus!! Thank you!”

“Embarrassingly bad ordering experience. I paid $35 for 2 day shipping but didn't receive my order for 9 days AND IT WASN'T EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. Returning it has been even more of a hassle. It's been over a week of back and forth emails just to return them and it still hasn't happened yet.”
