“Prompt delivery, very well packaged and professional in every respect. They also offer discount. I likecthe store very much. One exception was the Snow peak lantern which appeared to be packed by a blind man. A bit shoddy, butvthe goods were fine.”

“Good customer service. My product was not up to the standard expected and after two (pleasant) exchanges on email they were happy to issue the returns label with refund. Swift responses too, which is always appreciated. I prefer the way of not issuing returns labels without requests, saving some paper for those who don’t need to return.”
