Hello and Happy Holidays! The shirt that I ordered looks great and just like it was pictured on the website! It also arrived in San Francisco from London very quickly via DHL. The difficulty was in trying to retrieve the package from DHL here in San Francisco. This took another several days and at least six phone calls to customer service. The first attempt at delivery to my apartment on December 14 failed because I was not home at the time, and the driver could not enter the building to leave it anywhere safe. I then redirected the package to a friend's shop which is open from 11am-7pm and an attempt to deliver was made the next day at 10:30am, before the shop was open. I then called DHL back and had the package held for me to pick up on December 16, but it was mistakenly put on another delivery truck by the driver. I received an alert at 6:30 pm on December 17 saying that a delivery attempt was made and the package was refused. This was not true because I immediately called my friend at his shop to find out that DHL had NOT been there trying to deliver my package. So I called customer service again and the package was finally held for me to pick up today, December 19, all the way across town at DHL. Considering that I spent almost $15 dollars for shipping, that was a lot of extra effort caused by mistakes made by DHL. It would be great if I can get a refund on the shipping charges. Is there a way for that to happen? Thanks!

Dear Sir, DHL have a compalints department and if you explain the above to them, I am sure they will investigate this further and revert back to you with an outcome of what can be compensated. Kind Regards Customer Services

Good products and people and service.BUT no good for me because I can't phone an order in over £150.00. My last order I tried email with the 15% discounts and when it comes to pay you don't show the 15% discount. I know I'm old but how do you find out how much to pay? I waisted 2 hours of my short life left, piss- assin about with your cock-a-meany system which did not show the discount. Therefore please may I phone in my orders in future

I put an online inquiry but no one got back to me. And i ended up ordering the wrong size. And now im trying to give someone as a gift coz they dont provide you free returns. And delivery status never got updated. It was always showing in Transit.

bought a pair Wolverine 1000 boots. ordered size 9. boots have size 10 label. (I do understand US 10 is UK 9). however they are more like a UK 10. very big size. I wore them for a quick walk so I can't return for exchange. also not sure if they are UK 10 or they are labeled in US size. very confusing. but all in all if this boots are a UK 9 then they are more like a 10 plus!

Purchased a tie and arrived as advised. The tie did come with an added bonus of a slight BO smell around the neck part, but was short on time and could not return. The smell came out after a quick wash.

Product and price was great and online ordering was straightforward. Issue with the poor customer service I received after placing of the order. Was noticed 3 separate time the item would be with me on a set date, between a set time. It was only on the third attempt it actually arrived. Contacted Stuart’s London on the first no show and never received a response

I ordered 2 large Hatteras Newsboy caps and received one large and one medium. Luckily the medium fits the person I bought it for, just about. Saves me the bother of sending it back.

The clothes are really nice but I think free returns are a given nowadays plus there was a reduction made on my refund for some reason. As it was a sale item I wasn’t given an actual refund on my card, had to be an evoucher on account or exchange. All a bit faffy.

Sent back by royal mail special delivery, £11 stuarts they took £4.95 off the refund amount so for a pair of trainers that were not right it cost me £15.95 not happy really.

Good range of goods some different stuff u don’t always see.. but returns are a nightmare not free and not easy to send back this alone would put me off for the future
