Good morning. I purchased a pair of tennis shoes and received the wrong size. I wear a US size 8 but when I checked the chart it said US 8 was the same as UK 9. Which was wrong. It should have been UK 7. So I was sent a pair of US 10 which is UK 9. Had to send them back and pay high return cost. Customers be sure to look at your shoes you have at home for the uk size before you purchase.

My problem is not with the service but what came in the post. I asked for burgendy and brown came instead. And whilst I accept it's a fine line, brown is brown and burgendy isn't.

The service from Stuart’s was faultless. However, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the jacket compared to similar jackets from other makers of repute. That said, it’s an original.

Came double boxed but the quality of the trainers could of been a little better. No tissue in the toes which seems to be the trend nowadays & one of the trainers was slightly out of shape due to poor packing, leather trainers need the appropriate packing out.

Was originally sent the wrong order (Addidas trainers instead of Nike Air Max 95) but cant fault the customer service, free return post label and correct trainers were delivered next day.

Good product for a good price but the postage cost is prohibitive, especially in comparison with Amazon, Thread etc. Also the returns process is obscure and the postage returns cost is even more than the original delivery charge. Probably won't be using again.

I ordered shoes in my normal size. The shoes that were delivered did not match the shoe sizing listed on the website and were consequently too big. I contacted customer support about this and they helped me make a return and were generous enough to offer me free return shipping.

Good quality clothing I’m in the middle of returning the item for a refund and it’s not a straight forward process which is my only problem.

I recently purchased John smedley navy blue Adrian t-shirt from Stuart’s but it had few holes in it (2 @ the front & 1 @ the back). The other smedley t-shirt I purchased was fine and folded in smedley paper & plastic packing & was fine. This leads me to believe that this t-shirt was returned by another customer due to the same reason & they didn’t pack it properly otherwise what could be the reason that navy blue t-shirt had missing smedley packing. Anyway I’ve returned the defective t-shirt & requested for refund. In terms of delivery it was seamless as it was delivered within the 1 hour time slot allocated by DPD & that’s why I’ve given 3 stars.

The range measure of your hat chart in each category of S, M, and L does not allow for a specific size to be purchased. There is a measurable difference between a 56 and 57.

after ordering the item for next day delivery was disappointed that it did not get despatched as expected, however after emailing, the item was despatched for a Saturday delivery, which arrived very pleased with the jacket

Order process and delivery good. Shoes however were covered in a waxy dust. Nearly returned them. Should they have been delivered like this?

Dear Sir The waxy dust is part of the storage process used by Paraboot and we are asked by most customers to leaev this on there until they want to wax the shoes themselves. We used to wax each shoe before sending out and due to high amount of complaints, that we should leave shoes as per factory send-out we stopped doing this. Hello and Happy Holidays! The shirt that I ordered looks great and just like it was pictured on the website! It also arrived in San Francisco from London very quickly via DHL. The difficulty was in trying to retrieve the package from DHL here in San Francisco. This took another several days and at least six phone calls to customer service. The first attempt at delivery to my apartment on December 14 failed because I was not home at the time, and the driver could not enter the building to leave it anywhere safe. I then redirected the package to a friend's shop which is open from 11am-7pm and an attempt to deliver was made the next day at 10:30am, before the shop was open. I then called DHL back and had the package held for me to pick up on December 16, but it was mistakenly put on another delivery truck by the driver. I received an alert at 6:30 pm on December 17 saying that a delivery attempt was made and the package was refused. This was not true because I immediately called my friend at his shop to find out that DHL had NOT been there trying to deliver my package. So I called customer service again and the package was finally held for me to pick up today, December 19, all the way across town at DHL. Considering that I spent almost $15 dollars for shipping, that was a lot of extra effort caused by mistakes made by DHL. It would be great if I can get a refund on the shipping charges. Is there a way for that to happen? Thanks!
