“Bought a pair of c17 jeans, didn’t fit but no problems exchanging them . Arrived today and the badge has been sewn upside down but need to wear them to a party so have to keep them”

Dear Nick - Please accept my sincere apologies, I have sent an email to you please check and reply back at your earliest convenience. A new pair will be sent out asap totally free of charge, and you're welcome to keep the pair with the badge incorrectly stitched as a 2nd pair to use. Kind Regards Ravi Grewal

“Product and service were great, but please consider ditching royal mail, they are useless, never try and leave a package with a neighbour or in a safe place, always have to go to the sorting office at the weekend. I know it's a relatively small thing to but it's enough to make me shop elsewhere in future!”

“Continúo sin saber nada acerca de mi pedido. Sólo sé que abandonó UK el 25/09/21, pero continúa "en tránsito". Eso me respondió Emma a mi correo electrónico, algo que yo ya sabía. Por tanto, ninguna novedad. Y sigo esperando. Mi primer pedido a Stuarts London, en pleno confinamiento, fue genial. Pero la experiencia de compra en esta ocasión no está siendo tan satisfactoria. Una lástima, la verdad.”

“Good product, quick delivery but should really consider their returns policy. The hassle free returns process offered by competitors is more appealing to me and therefore will be unlikely to order from this company again.”

“Timely shipping and refund on shoes that did not fit. Unfortunately the cost of returning items (return shipping and re-stocking fee - $75) make it unlikely I would risk purchasing footwear from Stuarts in the future.”

“I followed the sizing guide but what I got doesn't fit. If I return it through y'all, it would cost me more money so I'm stuck. Everything else was ok, but I'm stuck with two small pairs of shorts.”

“I am disappointed that the item I purchased was shipped with free postage but after returning it for an exchange for a different size, I had to pay the return postage and I was not credited back for the initial free postage but charged for it. It cost me $39.95 to return the item and $23.88 for the initial "free" shipping. A total of $63.83 all because the item was the wrong size.”

“Great delivery,jacket was awesome, reason for 3star is it said 1 free return Unfortunately I had to return as it was to small, I asked for a larger size but was told they had stopped selling the brand so I had to pay £10.50 to return the jacket I thought it was unfair as it’s not my fault they couldn’t supply a replacement, although I ordered a bigger one of the same jacket from Madrid and only paid £4.95 post and free return for any reason if not suitable”

“Process with purchase was easy , but initially had free postage but then get email saying you need to buy voucher and add postage . Bit rough when purchase is over $500 postage should be covered . Still hasn’t arrived”

“The goods supplied were, as usual, excellent quality. The speed of delivery was very quick. However, the ability to access my club 1967 points remains a complete mystery. Most of the shopping I do as a pensioner, is with sale items. Consequently, the paltry 5% discount on full priced items through this scheme, remains unattractive; and the points accumulated, wholly superfluous.”
