The quality isn’t the best although they have a goodyear welt and a leather sole they just don’t feel that good they came with a few marks but nothing deal breaking they look smart and overall they are a really good price I would recommend going half a size up if you don’t want tho break them in. Also if you don’t like loud clunky shoes go with a cheaper rubber sole alternative but these are good value for the money I would recommend them.

I ordered boots from Stuart’s on January 4th 21, I emailed them immediately with a querie in relation to my order and was ignored. The shipping said 1-2 business days, I emailed again after 5 days to ask where my parcel was they informed me that they had launched an investigation with the courier to find out where it was. I was none the wiser a week later and still no boots. The boots finally arrived after a series of emails back and forth on January 23rd. They were way too big for me (if my querie at the beginning was answered I would have known this ) so of course I have to send them back and pay over €20 to return them as they don’t do free returns. Lack of communication with customer service and poor communication between Stuart’s and the courier meaning I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered the exact same boots from a different company and they arrived the next day !

No tracking of my item for days, which is relatively understandable considering the pandemic. I still haven't received my parcel. What I like less, however, is the fact that I've been waiting for a reply since Wednesday after sending a request to your customer service email (today's Saturday) . I've gone through worse, but definitely also better

Overall I was very satisfied with the service the original cap I ordered was payed for but then came back saying you could not find it in the warehouse so I asked if it could be ordered but unfortunately you said you where not going to stock this item again so ordered another Stenson flat cap and I am very pleased with my purchase

While I’ve been very pleased with the selection of items and the pricing, I am disappointed that I placed my order on December 20th, paid extra for expedited delivery (~$20), and I still have not received by order (it is now December 27th). Apart from that, I would order again from you. Thank you.

Bought a coat from Stuart's. Excellent customer service. But... there is a but. As with most retail the size charts are not correct. I hope Stuart's will review them. I am a 42inch chest and bought a coat according to the size guide. This was way off in relation to me..I know this is not exclusive to me but the the charts are off 3-4 inch from a medium to a large. They dealt with the returns issue very well and had the correct size sent to me as soon as I return the first coat back. Don't like online shopping for cloths but they did deal with the issue quickly. Postage was free on this occasion. I would use them again.

Hello, The only negative aspect of my order is the shipping. After 9 days I cant still track my order. For the future, try to opt for a more reliable carrier (like UPS, DHL) considering also the price paid for my item. Thank you

Gave 3 stars as delivery was next day. However I thought a delivery charge of £7.95 was very high. I wasn’t offered different delivery options. I won’t be ordering again from Stuart’s.

I have ordered from Stuart’s for many years and have always had good service. However , for the first time I have had to return two items for a refund and the cost to send by a tracked service was nearly £14.00. I will stick to the same jeans I have ordered for my husband for years and not bother trying to buy something different if it means I have to cover the full cost of returns.

Quick delivery. Good personal phone service. I’m a bit miffed that you only allow one free return. I had to exchange plimsolls as the website didn’t make clear I was ordering men’s and sizing is different. You’re sending me a smaller size but I’m aware if they don’t fit I’ll have to pay to send them back. Not great given I think there’s a lack of clarity on your website. Hence only 3 stars.

Let down by the courier company they’ve used! Maybe they should look at other alternatives courier companies out there. This particular company required me to open my front door and take a photo. They couldn’t give me the item through the window next to the front door and take a photo. In today’s society, it’s not safe to open the front door and have a photo taken of my hallway.

Ordered a hooded top. Payment went through but was somehow missed and a week went by with no news. I contacted Stuart’s and advised them of the situation. The item was then sent to me. I understand that mistakes happen and am definitely not suggesting anything devious, however after such a long delay, I would have though at the very least, they could have upgraded my delivery to ensure the item was received as quickly as possible. After over a week of waiting, to be informed the item would be sent regular delivery and I would have to wait even longer was very very disappointing. Item and packaging were excellent and as expected, and to be fair communication was also excellent, once I informed them of the issue.

Dear sirs, thank you for your request for a review. Indeed, this is the second request. So may I begin by saying that I am more than happy with the items I purchased and the excellent and very impressive selection of high quality and unusual stock items. On a note where improvements could be made. If an item has an offer of a 20% discount with a discount code to use and then there is no obvious opportunity to use that code and actually receive that discount, especially when that item costs hundreds of pounds, then that is disappointing. Secondly, the next day delivery was not achieved, the delivery was close to 48 hours past your cut-off time. So again, not going to kill me as I was on holiday and at home, but still, not in accordance with your promise. On balance, I am happy with the goods but disappointed in the overall customer satisfaction scoring. Thank you.

Great deal on men’s rains black jacket. After opening though, it has this weird fishy smell. Contacted Stuart’s who came back quickly to say it’s the waterproof coating and should wear off. Will reserve total judgement for now

Delivery is slow and shipping cost is high. It used to be DHL, but now Royal Mail is very slow.
