If I ever get the item, then id be happy to do a review. Using the Royal mail 2-3 day recorded delivery is a joke. Ordered an item on 5/6/18. Still haven't received the item (12/6/18). I understand this is not the fault if Stuarts, but if they want customer satisfaction then id suggest they change delivery service.

. Unfortunetely item was too small. Had to download a returns form and print at work. Think this hassle could be avoided and a return section added to the original invoice that comes with the goods.

Sorry to say but I was hoping that the jacket were not delivered early in the morning when all the family was Working We needed to wait two more extra days

The goods I ordered arrived quickly and in good condition. However the returns process is poor; no returns label is included in the box, and Stuarts will deduct the initial "free" shipping charge from your refund. Other e-tailers offer better returns conditions.

Loved the jeans I purchased, unfortunately they were much to big. Very disappointed to have paid for delivery and returns, not very customer friendly. Not ordering the smaller size because of this.

The item I was gifted was too big. Despite initial positive impressions after contacting the customer service team, they replaced the item with a bigger version despite requesting a smaller one. I then contacted customer service again and they set aside one of the right size, but they lost the exchange item in their warehouse and by the time I contacted them, they had none of that style left in stock. I eventually had to choose my 3 preference which they then next-day couriered. Customer service pretty good. Warehouse needs better training.

Ordered a sweatshirt for £60 and came after a few days. I disliked the product so I returned it and paid £7 for next day delivery, which was 4 days ago from the time I am writing this. Still no refund has been issued. Also sent an email the same day and have had no reply.

The shipping is really fast and the items are of good quality. However, one of the tags of the my lvc jeans is gone. Can’t figure out why. It is disappointing.

The paying process was straightforward, the website was easy to use, delivery was quick and the product is (mostly) good. However, the product was Levi's 1947 jeans which I thought were 14 oz denim and paperwork Witherspoon jeans suggests they're 12 oz. I suspect the confusion lies with Levi's rather than Stuart's.

Had to return product as item was too small , I paid for delivery which is fine but I also had to pay to return the goods .its Little disappointing as most company's now have a free returns or collection . I like this company but I will not use again unless they implement free returns .

Waiting for a replacement. Bought from this store expecting above average service. The returns guy was very helpful but when you buy from a top notch name, you don't expect to get a G9 with a twisted inner sleeve lining. Disappointing.

Really great Randolph aviators,BUT,taking the gloss off my purchase the leather case had an obvious food or drink spill on it , and to make matters worse, there was a tag attached saying the item was checked. Hence 3 stars Come on Stuarts the product was in excess of £100 and QC checked?? Mmmm
