Great product range and prompt response from customer service when needed. However, really falling behind the competition by not offering free returns, even if its for an exchange! So many like for like, independent retailers offer this now, Stuarts don't. Sizing isn't always easy to judge and I've just had to pay £11 to return a pair of boots for a different size. Disappointing.

Unfortunately this item was too small and there were no bigger sizes available. I have returned it and hope to exchange it for a pair of trousers

If you wear XL in the USA, make sure you order 3XL or your shirt will look like it came from Baby Gap.

my son bought this shirt, he's the same size as the models statistics but it was too small...returned for the larger size x

Great shirt, quick delivery. Was not impressed with the packaging, expected it to come in a nicely presented box as other companies do for shirts half the price, instead it arrived wrapped in tissue just in the curriers box.

Very restrictive purchasing experience that required me to email a copy of my drivers licence. It started off with a rejection of my credit card so I switched a PayPal. A few hours later I received an email stating that my order was on hold because the address of my credit card did not match the delivery address. They asked me for photo so I was forced to email a scan of my credit card. Too much hassle to make any future purchases.

Dear Sir We don't like to inconvenience any of our customers , but sometimes additional details are required to protect all our customers from potential online fraud. I strongly advise you move away from DPD for delivery. Still not arrived despite 4 attempts and irritating generic comms.

Despite being advertised as available, I'm guessing the item was not in stock. Instead of an email to confirm this, and an apology, just a refund. Disappointing in terms of customer care.

Dear Corin We apologise for not being able to supply a displayed item. Although stock was showing , there just wasn't one to be found in the warehouse. I bought 2 pears last week in Peter Emms Chippenham in VG condition, When yours came to me the shorts wear all crested up you could not iron them I had soak them in cold water then drip dry I xpeck discount next time Colin

Hi We apologise but we do not send Paraboot outside of the EU as stated on our website. It's not ideal for us to restrict a purchase but, Paraboot have asked us to respect other territories they sell in where the current product pricing is far higher than that of the UK.

Jeans were the right colour, the waist size I orderd was 34" that was ok , the leg size I orderd was 30" which was written on the jeans but was in fact 32" ???
