Not of the same quality as my previous pair of gant rugger shorts, however good value in the sale, and as a sale item cannot be returned, will be ok for summer use.

Item arrived within 2 days as normal post. Item looked fine but too small. Had to return for a refund at additional postage as not free returns. Good phone & email support otherwise.

Delivery of item was very quick and efficient. However have had to return item as was a Hugo boss shirt xxxl but when tried it on was too small, bearing in mind that I usually fit Ralph Lauren and other brands xxl , Hugo boss obviously come up very small. Would be good idea to advise customers of which brands come up small or larger as have wasted postage and packaging costs.

Speedily administered, but cannot yet comment on the product - Royal Mail texted me that they allegedly delivered, which they did not.

Next day delivery not met - order placed on Thursday next day delivery and it'll now be Tuesday before it arrives

Dear Josef We are sorry that you didn't receive your order next day. However our cut-off is 3pm and your order was placed after this time. The parcel was sent on Friday am but due to the Next day delivery purchased was only the Mon-Fri you would not have got this on a Saturday. You will be happy to know that our dispatch team is growing and we are trying to bring the cut-off time to a later time so that more deliveries can be met placed after 3pm. Kind Regards Trevor

The free worldwide free shipping firm service is not as good as DHL or UPS

Free shipping to Australia would be much more reasonable for orders over AU$300 rather than AU$400

Pros: Good fast delivery. Cons: Long winded returns process. You even have to write out the returns label.

Have been sent Emails 3/4 times a week for past year (can be annoying)guess could have unsubscribed on occasions I browse through the products several times hve decided to order and the item not available in my size"large".This bank holiday weekend was offered 20% discount so spent more time looking determined to find something and did.The choice of quality togs is excellent if only kept more stock of products shown .Will

Although the product turned up and fitted perfectly I was concerned to find the security seal had been tampered with and it was clear that the box had been opened at some stage

Hi ordered a pair of trainers, then in the early hours of the morning I received an email saying that there had been a problem with the transaction. Then I recieved another saying I had been given a refund, it turns out that they no longer had the size in stock. The service was good though as they responded to my email within a day.

I ordered two items, a pair of trainers and a pair of jeans. I was sent the wrong size jeans. Overall the service was okay. I am in the process of send back the wrong sized jeans for the correct sized jeans.

Can't fault the delivery service, swift as usual. How ever I had to return one item, the jacket. As it was too small. I don't understand how some designers measurements differ from others, even if it's the same style and size. I have other items with the same style and sizes that fit no problem. Now I've had to lose money sending the item back, as they didn't have the same item the next size up. Pity!

Had a better service previously compared to this time, unfortunately the box wrapping was glued to the box and somehow some glue has ended up on the sole of the trainer.

Item is as expected, however paid extra for Sunday delivery and it did not arrive until Monday. I am now out of pocket £8.

Dear Kayne As stated on delivery times to receive a Sunday Delivery it must be booked in by 3pm Friday. As the parcel is dispatched and held at the Depo and ready for delivery on a Sunday. As you order came in on a Saturday , the pick up for Sunday Delivery was not available. All estimated times of delivery are displayed on checkout so you are aware of when the delivery will be received. As you paid for Sunday Delivery we upgraded you parcel to be received on Monday with Royal Mail Special Delivery £7.95. Please contact Customer Service and they will be happy to refund the delivery charge you feel you have paid as an extra.
