I ordered two items, a pair of trainers and a pair of jeans. I was sent the wrong size jeans. Overall the service was okay. I am in the process of send back the wrong sized jeans for the correct sized jeans.

Can't fault the delivery service, swift as usual. How ever I had to return one item, the jacket. As it was too small. I don't understand how some designers measurements differ from others, even if it's the same style and size. I have other items with the same style and sizes that fit no problem. Now I've had to lose money sending the item back, as they didn't have the same item the next size up. Pity!

Had a better service previously compared to this time, unfortunately the box wrapping was glued to the box and somehow some glue has ended up on the sole of the trainer.

Item is as expected, however paid extra for Sunday delivery and it did not arrive until Monday. I am now out of pocket £8.

Dear Kayne As stated on delivery times to receive a Sunday Delivery it must be booked in by 3pm Friday. As the parcel is dispatched and held at the Depo and ready for delivery on a Sunday. As you order came in on a Saturday , the pick up for Sunday Delivery was not available. All estimated times of delivery are displayed on checkout so you are aware of when the delivery will be received. As you paid for Sunday Delivery we upgraded you parcel to be received on Monday with Royal Mail Special Delivery £7.95. Please contact Customer Service and they will be happy to refund the delivery charge you feel you have paid as an extra.

Scrivo in italiano per non essere frainteso,purtroppo ad un elevato rating del sito eccellente per qualita' e quantita' dei prodotti non corrisponde un altrettanto efficiente servizio di spedizione infatti a tutt'oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il mio ordine.Per questi motivi il mio giudizio globale e' NORMAL.

The shipping time was great, especially with the tracking feature. However, the shoes were squished and the inner sole wasn't in place.

I was sent the wrong item! Luckily, it wasn't urgent. Apart from that, on phoning your company, I was helped quickly and efficiently. Not sure when I will receive my correct goods, but hoping it will be shortly.

++ Efficient Delivery Service, good comms ++++On Quidco Payments service didn't work, tried two different cards. Then all of a sudden it worked. -------I hate it when I want to give someone money and they don't want it.

Quick well packaged delivery with plenty of information regarding delivery times etc. However one of my garments was incorrectly selected i ordered a Small but came as Medium, small oversight which spoils the overall service.

The delivery tracker says the item is being shipped by the retailer so gives no indication as to where the item is. Apart from that, good service

I was in contact with a customers service rep before I purchased my Loake Mitchum Chelsea boots. I stressed that I wore a 10 US and most sites told that a UK 9 was a US 10. I was told however by the rep that a Loake 9.5 UK is a 10US. When the boot arrived it was must too big and I am very displeased. I was really hoping that it would fit, but now I have to pay over $20 to ship the product back after a misrepresentation on your behalf.

Dear Sir, After further investigating your comments and talking to relevant staff member regarding your requested information. I am sorry your have received an incorrect size. However the information provided to us was obtained from the Loake website itself. I had a quick response about my payment being accepted but no email to say that my order couldn't be found in the stockroom which I had to call to find out. I'm also very disappointed that this was sold to me and now I have to be refunded because its gone missing
