Jeans were the right colour, the waist size I orderd was 34" that was ok , the leg size I orderd was 30" which was written on the jeans but was in fact 32" ???

Small print that any discounts don't work with sale items, even the £1 offered for a Facebook like. Does not seem nice Website slow, but phone support good.

I ordered 32 inch waist and 32 inch leg Paul smith jeans,so I thought I'd get 32 Long,I've received 32 inch waist R meaning regular? They fit perfect but just a little bit shor! So would I be right in saying 32 inch waist and 32inch leg is long or regular?

Efficient company. Unfortunately goods were not as described. Was told to return them and was surprised when I had to pay the cost of the return. Even though the problem was from their side.

Item arrived very quickly. Iniially I thought that when I first registered I would receive a 10 percent discount. It did not happen, also I thought that I was to receive a pair of socks, never happened. It may be that I made a mistake.

The loyalty scheme needs to be reconsidered. The points needed to reach the different levels are so high that it doesn't serve as an incentive. The gold membership threshold should be 50,000 points and silver should be 20,000. Also stock more adidas consortium footwear if you can. Most of their upcoming sneakers will sell out immediately.

Not a bad web site etc but for two things, ordered a jacket in small and med and received two smalls! So now waiting on a new order of just the med jacket. But the worst thing about web site is that it's soooooo slow! Skipping between items and pages is very very frustrating. (Like the Internet 15years ago) half the time I have to refresh the page as it just gets stuck. Mr Wood

The gloves were of good quality, but they had obviously been returned before, and sent out again without being properly repacked. They were separated and the protective wrapping had been torn open and crumpled, and was sent on to me in that state. This is not ideal for a Christmas present. I do not want to send them back at this point, and have rewrapped them properly, but it does not give a good impression of your service.

very fast, efficient service, however i would not order online from here again as they are somewhat behind the times, unfortunately the item did not fit but to send it back you have to print out the returns form yourself (i had to go to a library as our printer does not work!), and also pay to send it back, which is not too much of an issue, however i was only given a 'partial refund', so it seems the delivery is not free either! better off finding the same item from a 'chain store'. I would not order here again due to these reasons ^

Friendly web site easy to use, prompt service. Unfortunately the size I ordered (XL) was more like a large, so too small and had to be returned.

I paid for next day delivery on my item at the checkout selecting the option of 'next day delivery-before 5pm' I thought this meant I can have next day delivery if I order before 5! Apparently not so I didn't get my next day delivery. Other than that the order was fine.
