Unfortunately, the delivery tracking system shows that the Barbour reproofing material has been held up for several days by Australian Customs for undisclosed reasons. I look forward to receiving my order shortly however for the time being I am unable to provide you with any review or additional feed back. Kind Regards Eric Trueman

Service ok / Shoes Ok / would use again. But not fill it the stupid questionnaire takes for ages and all I wanted was to purchase some Shoes for my son Most annoying.

Quality of product, speed of delivery and customer service was very good but because on this occasion I didn't want to keep the items, the cost of returning the goods as well as losing the original discounted postage meant it cost me nearly £15 to try on 2 tops. While so many other sites provide free postage and returns I'm afraid I won't be buying from this site again.

For the size of Stuarts it's a bit embarrassing they do not offer free returns The last thing I sent back cost me £12... sorry but that's the last time I will shop at Stuarts

Purchase and delivery were easy and quick, the garment its self is as expected from smedley. My only issues were the internal packaging, the plastic bag looked like it had been recovered from a waste bin. But my main concern was there were not smedley labels attached! Hope you find this interesting

A good service, although the £10 ewallet discount (from previous purchase) was never applied, even though I requested this & it no longer shows on my account, on my last purchase. Just failed to discount at checkout! Otherwise.... a great shop!

The shoes are great but the pricing appears inflated on the web these shoes at other stores were reduced from £80 so that is a concern.

Hi We apologise the last item you had purchased was not to be found in the stock room. As it was the last one, we tried to order another one in, but the supplier has also sold out of the shirt. Apologies about this, but it can happen during sale times, when the store and webshop are selling out of the last items. Kind Regards Ravi Grewal

the item from stuarts London came in good time with good communication from seller unfortunately the item I brought did not fit. I contacted stuarts who said they were happy to refund the item and they were very helpful. my only complaint is that not only did I have to pay for the item to be delivered I then had to pay the postage on the returns and then the initial postage got taken off my refund!!

Belt is slimmer than I expected (38mm) It does not feel very robust, I think it will stretch but looks nice and for the price paid (£39.99) I am reasonably happy. Delivery was very prompt with free standard post.
