“Beware! Delivery/Returns scam I Purchased a pair of shoes online with £3.95 delivery charge free. This was detailed on my receipt. I returned the shoes, at a cost of £4.64. The cheapest option they offered. My purchase cost was refunded minus £6.95. The total cost to me being £11.59. I queried this and was offered a postage refund for the error as a good will gesture. The amount refunded was £3.95, this was no gesture and only went some way to rectify the mistake. Whilst they may claim this is within the terms, it is at best misleading and bordering on fraudulent. I am very disappointed in this retailer and would not recommend them. Stuarts of London, you need to do better!”
