“Shoes came quickly to United States. Unfortunately, I never received an email that the shoes were sent and no tracking number was given. Shoes just appeared, and was a happy surprise. Need to work on communication with your customers.”

“The item is lighter than l thought and longer than l thought despite the description being "short". You said you despatched on the Tues. RM said they were delivering Fri, even gave a time, got it on the Sat . I don't mind that it came on the Sat but they shouldn't have said it was coming on the Fri . They should refund the postage .”

“The only problem was the Royal Mail delivery as their 4 hour slot turned out to be 8 hours and meant that I had to stay in all day! Also I should have signed for the delivery but the postman never rang my doorbell and forged my signature!”
