“Subway store located in Morgantown West Virginia Patterson Drive next to Kroger‘s is absolutely the worst subway I have ever been in had a problem with my sub tried to get it taken care of and replaced and they denied it. I ordered a sub and found slimy lettuce on my sub Called back in and told them said that they would replace it and they did not. I will never come back to this subway location ever again. “On 8/26/25, I went into subway on FM 1960 and Timber Forest of Humble, TX and purchased the new spicy chicken sandwich. When u got home and bit into it, I realized the chicken was spoiled.
Not able to go back I called and left a msg on the vm stating that I would return the next day.
The "manager " was very nasty ans immediately told me there are no refunds. I told her, I only wanted another sandwich. In a nasty tone she continued to say I need a receipt.
Needless to say, this sandwich had only one small corner bitten off.
Finally, I was hastily prepared another sandwich.
I will never eat at that store again and will be sure to share the word with my hospital employees and coworkers.”

“Around 4:45pm I stopped at this Subway in Tekonsha Michigan to grab something to eat with a friend. There was a blonde teenage boy who came in around 5pm who was giving me dirty looks, he came out from the back and into the lobby to talk to another boy, he was being obnoxiously loud behind me while I was trying to enjoy a conversation over food with my friend. This experience made me and my friend want to quickly finish our meal and leave. As we were leaving he was still giving me dirty looks. I find this very unprofessional and this interaction made me uncomfortable as well.”
“I saw Rats In here and bathroom is alway out of service, seen employee scratch his head and nose and touch money with same hands he uses the kitchen without washing hands it’s unbelievable unprofessional 😔 and review wont accept my proving pictures !”

“Did not put onions or Mayo on my sub when I asked. I was the only guest in the store, young kid was assembling and running the register, using the same glove to take cash. Just gross. No kind of supervisor was present at 7pm, Thursday evening.,Footlong cold cut combo over 10 dollars, hardly any meat or cheese, and missing toppings? Very disappointed in the lack of quality, price, and overall guest interaction.”
“Visited store in Port St. John, FL on 8/5/25. Served by Jacob. Awesome experience, the first of its kind at this store which my family & I have frequented over the last 4 years. Jacob was pleasant, friendly, listened, repeated my order to me, suggested options, extremely aware of hygiene & very well presented. My order was perfect, thanked me & wished me a good day. To be honest, he is the only person I would want to be served by at this location again. Well done Jacob, keep up the great work 👍”

“A bit rude male employee, didnt ask me if i want anything else beside of sandwich, was greedy with putting ingredients on my sandwich, when ive asked for additional item to my order ive been told i need to think and order faster, as soon as i started placing my order. First time happend to me that kind of thing in subway and all my celebration mood for subway sandwich was killed. It happend on subway next to bp garage at m1 junction 39 2.8.25 about 15:00. There was two subway employee, young male who was rude and blonde female who is always helpful and kind - only be becouse of that girl i didnt put one star. Its very shame cause i usuall liked to come over here”
