“I was relocated to another state for my job and needed to sell my house fast. I did not have a lot of time and I knew that my home needed some work before putting it on the market. “There is usually some skepticism when hearing firms boasting to buy your house "cash offer, as is", but the Sundae team really delivered as promised. “Great experience from start to finish. Everything went down as described. The filming done in one day, offers in within 4 days , acceptance of a very good offer on the 5th day and close of escrow within a month. Couldn't have gone smoother. From Josh through the office and on to escrow everyone did their job in a very friendly, expedient business like manner . I would highly recommend Sundae!”
