“All is really quite good overall with the holiday accommodation services and with the flights offered to travel on the correct days as required. However so, two years ago I also booked car hire with Sunshine as an excellent part of my holiday package, with happily a very competitive price for a holiday car hire. Last year and now this year, then car hire was no longer available with Sunshine. I asked last year about this, as to why no car hire offered or available...?, and you did not give me any reply to this question then, and so I must ask the same question again this year... Why Not...? Can you let me know...? Car hire is a very necessary part of the holiday package, sure not as important as your flights, but still yes quite necessary to have in order to complete the entire holiday package.... Also on the website, when you want to look at a specific accommodation that you would really like to look at, then you cannot select it individually by name, and so you cannot go to it directly, you can only very, very, laboriously scroll through all of the very many pages of accommodations which are in that particular resort, and then eventually only somehow try to find it this way.... Also if your inputted chosen dates are not compatible with when the accommodation that you want is available, even for just one day of overlap, then that selection therefore becomes completely unavailable to you, and so you then cannot even modify your travelling dates to suit the accommodation availability.... So very tedious to really have to do this, and so very inefficiently laid out as such on the website... The website is not at all up to modern travel standards like this... You should be able to access specific dates available at all specific accommodations, and then easily make your bookings to suit the correct availability and so then very easily arrange your travel plans accordingly.... Why Not....?? You would certainly also get many more bookings and make more money this way.... Also certainly more good quality pictures are required giving much more accurate details of important parts of all of the accommodations... Other competitor websites give many more accurate and up to date pictures of exactly the same accommodations, so I have found myself then actually looking at their websites in order to know what I really need to know about some individual accommodation which is featured on the Sunshine website...!! There have been places that I have been very interested in, and I would like to stay there, but on the Sunshine website accommodation profiles, some locations do not even have a single picture of the bathroom..., or a single picture of the bedroom...., etc., etc... If you are looking at self catering, then sometimes there are actually no pictures of the kitchen or cooking facilities..., etc...! Also a picture representing what is found at some accommodation with just a bowl of fruit, or of some restaurant meal, or a picture of a croissant with orange juice and a cup of coffee is a complete and utter waste of space and is just absolutely useless when you scroll through all the available pictures to try to get as good an idea as possible about what he premises there are really like.... Then the next picture of some cheese and salami on a plate is not in any way what you need to see when it is then quite important to make a decision about exactly where you would like to stay....!! This especially is really truly very, very, annoying...! You must now really try to improve on all of these points that I have mentioned... H.M. 16.04.19.”
