“Very happy with sunshine overall But very very disappointed that I booked the holiday on the understanding of a early flight which has now been changed by 10 hrs which we miss a whole day of our hols & all inc There’s nothing on the beach can do I would never book with Ryan air again as this means we r losing approx £150”

“Booked many holidays with sunshine. Only ever had a problem once and it was easily resolved once I got through to someone. The only bad thing is trying to get through to someone in customer service. I had to wait half an hour once for the line to be cut off after waiting for so long.”
