“Easy to use site, use the filters, to find destinations,hotels etc. The only downside,was that you have to wait, for your holiday to be confirmed, in my case nearly 24 hours.”

“booked transfer when should have booked car hire - no help to resolve - simply stated transfers non refundable. When asked why - replied " it states non refundable" Very poor customer care should be customer care less.”
