“So on initial booking my flights were changed, no problem at all. The fact I landed at arricefe and yourselves hadn't changed my transfer time to meet my new flight time is shocking. I was stood there stressed and ruined the start of my holiday. The women hardly spoke English so made it even worse. Luckily I got put on q bus, but wasnt shown where to go to get the bus. Terrible service overall. You will be getting a email of complaint.”
