“Have always had a great response from Sunshine but 5 days ago I tried to book 8 single rooms for March 2020. ( our Annual golf trip that we have done for several years via Sunshine). The first room came back to be confirmed in 48 hrs, 2nd room came back as confirmed. Rooms 3 to 8 no acknowledgement that any rooms booked at all. I have not even had a reply for the 1st room booking from 5 days ago”

“All went smoothly apart from the special assistance which split me and my partner up, never happened before as I have been using special assistance for years. I had to pay to sit next to my partner so was a little annoyed at this.”
