“Really hard to get in touch with customer service and telephone staff are very abrupt. Unfortunately found this holiday over £400 cheaper but couldn’t cancel unless I agreed to pay over£1000 .”

“I was horrified to find that to add a bag to my trip to Egypt to take my dive kit. The £48 I was happy to pay, but to find a £30 admin fee to add 1 bag is excessive to say the least.”
