“Easy to book with and good amount of information on holidays before you book”

“Booked a holiday (pending) approx 47 hours later by phone informed my holiday was no longer available at the price, could book again increase of £129. I do know bookings are live from suppliers but to be informed late other Travel Agents also increased their prices. I was told a call was made earlier not the case, why not email? Did rebook expected a compromise on increase for delay.”

“Great range of hotels and destinations on offer. Communication was very clear and concise, took out all the hard work of booking flights, hotels, transfers separately. They did it all for us and affordable by being able to pay in instalments. Will definitely use again.”

“I like using Sunshine.vo.uk as there sight is easy to use. I find their prices reasonable and comparable to other sights. The best thing of all is only having to pay a £1 deposit and the fact you can cancel free of charge if you need to.”

“We used Sunshine many times, but this year when we needed their help whilst in resort they didn’t want to know. We complained and are receiving compensation. Whilst the getting this is good, it doesn’t change the fact our holiday was ruined.”
