“I have cancelled as I found it cheaper”

“One member of the team cancelled our holiday and when I questioned this I was told that I had done it. Later you rang to apologise and it was you who had cancelled it. You took money from my husbands account without permission and all we got was £50.00 off the total bill, this would have only covered the amount of calls I made to sunshine. Absolutely terrible service and we go away 3 to 4 times a year and will never use you again”

“Very easy to deal with. Booking your holiday is a simple process with sunshine. You choose your holiday, they tell you the cost and payment options are very flexible. Very competitively priced with no hidden extras. They keep you updated through the whole process and I will definitely be using them again”

“Great flight, super apartment, glorious weather exactly what I needed 😃😃😃 Staff at Manchester Airport - from booking in, through passport control - even the assistants in the shops were incompetent, rude and miserable... Would definitely not want to fly from there again... Disgraceful representatives of the north west 😳😢”
