“We used Sunshine many times, but this year when we needed their help whilst in resort they didn’t want to know. We complained and are receiving compensation. Whilst the getting this is good, it doesn’t change the fact our holiday was ruined.”

“I always book through sunshine.co.uk every time I go away on holiday because after they take a small deposit at the time of booking then about the same amount 1 month and 2 months after the 1st deposit payment, you have up to 2 weeks before your departure date to pay the outside balance which I think it is great. I also like the special assistant service that I get at all the airports I visit for that holiday”

“One member of the team cancelled our holiday and when I questioned this I was told that I had done it. Later you rang to apologise and it was you who had cancelled it. You took money from my husbands account without permission and all we got was £50.00 off the total bill, this would have only covered the amount of calls I made to sunshine. Absolutely terrible service and we go away 3 to 4 times a year and will never use you again”
