Hello Paul, I do hope you are well. I wanted to get in touch to ask about the issues you noted in your review about Turquesa Beach booked via our website. Could you provide further information about what happened when you arrived at the hotel so we can investigate this matter further? I will then be able to speak directly with the hotelier to find out what has happened when you arrived. We want to ensure that events like this do no happen to any customers in the future, so I would really appreciate any further information that you could provide. Kind regards Shelley
