“Have always been good when booking on line but booked holiday last week and was caused stress and anxiety by a booking over the phone that the assistant made a right mess of. She sent an email to Susan not Sharon so did not get it she booked wrong luggage with easy hey and booked wrong room. I was on the phone for two hours trying to sort it out sunshine they had to listen to the call before changing I was furious not acceptable. My saving grace was a brilliant lady called Adelle in bookings she sorted it out for me . She said the lady was just out of training. MORE TRAINING I THINK before letting lose on customers”

“An excellent easy to use website which is cheaper than most others. My booking hadn't gone through, so the excellent customer service team called and explained this quickly so I could book again without the rates going up too much. Keep up the good work sunshine...”
