“Booked a holiday and paid the deposit. I got an email to say the holiday wasn’t booked it was pending, and I would be contacted with 48 hours. I’ve never had a pending holiday booking before. So I called the next day only to be told the holiday price had increased by £124 due to flight increases because it’s not a live website. So don’t use this firm if like me you want to know exactly the cost of the holiday when paying a deposit”
