“Booked a holiday and paid the deposit. I got an email to say the holiday wasn’t booked it was pending, and I would be contacted with 48 hours. I’ve never had a pending holiday booking before. So I called the next day only to be told the holiday price had increased by £124 due to flight increases because it’s not a live website. So don’t use this firm if like me you want to know exactly the cost of the holiday when paying a deposit”

“when booking my holiday I was not given the option to book luggage after booking I went to check the itinerary and found I did not have luggage so went onto add this only to find that it was not working online. I message sunshine only now to be told I have to pay an extra £50. complete joke. I have to pay this as I need luggage. I am really disappointed with the response from SUNSHINE”
