“I'd recommend using sunshine holidays as it's cheaper than most holiday sites and it's really easy and quick to use. Booked a weeks holiday within 10 minutes and was all confirmed in no time. Really impressed. Will definately use again.”

“The only thing that let your service down, was the fact it had taken me 26 minutes to get to speak to a member of your team to enquire about my future holiday. I did nearly hang up and I guess a lot of people will do. Suggestion would be that you change the way you are kept on hold ie all it’s says is “ You are moving forward in the queue “ It would be far better and give you some hope if it gave you a number ie “ You are 8 in the queue You are 6 in the queue etc. At least you would know you are getting somewhere. You nearly lost out on £2000 booked holiday. Question would be’ how many people don’t have the patience or how much money you may lose. Other than that your member of staff was very professional.”

“Annoying that the price quoted on website is not the price you pay. Initially wanted an additional £500 for a 4 night stay for 5 people. When I objected it was reduced to an additional £249 which still seems wrong”
