“When we were given our confirmation of booking after paying online for our package holiday.... and realised it was pending up to 48 hours until further e.mail confirmations from each party involved .....we were apprehensive... Would we be asked to pay more? Would the flights go up? Would the hotel room be the one we had booked? We were relieved when ,within 12 hours, everything was confirmed and we received our documents. So no complaints.”
