“Love Holidays let me down badly with my booking for 70 nights at a hotel in Antalya,but Sam in your sales team did a fantastic job and we've managed to resurrect our holiday! I will always use you now as a result of your friendly,helpful and efficient service.Well done.”

“My details were hacked on;ine and someone booked a holiday in my name. I could not e-mail Sunshine, nor did the so called customer service line even answer,I was No.1 in th queue and the wait time jumped from 20 secs to 6 minutes! This survey claims a live chat contact option as well but that isnt on the website”

“I got fedown up with the amount of times I tried to book. As informed by staff the website isn't a live representation. It's mega expensive to call the call centre. Emails were not replied too.”

“Very efficient and helpful staff sorted my query straight away.This is the second time I have booked with them.The only Thing I whould advise is if your package is with BA then only book your accommodation through sunshine and book your flight separately as BA will charge you for hold luggage but if you book flight independently then hold luggage is free.This isnt sunshine holidays thought but BA making more money from customers.”
