“I know that my outgoing flight has changed and yet Sunshine still haven't told me. I made an error on my daughter's name, rang immediately to correct it, succeeded and was told 'no charge' - credit card statement comes in with £90 charge on it.”

“So much messing about with the flight had to phone tui personally to check the flight and then had to pay more than orginally it stated and then they put the name details in incorrectly so now messing about again to try and get in sorted out without paying a charge”
