“It has really good deals on the site. It's just that I booked certain flight times offered and then they called me in few days and told that flight got up by more than 100pounds. So had to choose night flight”

“Brilliant value but the first holiday I booked wasn’t available which was misleading as I’d filled in the search form correctly. I spoke to customer services & they did offer me alternatives but I wouldn’t book as I had not been able to look & research hotel. However I found a replacement on Sunshine that was suitable for my family. Apart from not being able to pre book seats till after booking confirmation it was relatively straight forward. Just to see if our holiday lives upto expectations 😬☀️”

“I had a problem with booking online due to wanting to add extra baggage - I was told this could only be done over the telephone. I did this and spoke with Lily who managed to book and sort out extra baggage etc., Really impressed with her she was a lovely person and very professional.”
