“The booking of our holiday was straightforward with lots of choice and easy booking systems. However, when we requested that the company book seats on our flight, they failed to complete the reservations and overcharged us. Payment was only refunded following our complaint. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were allocated a room without a window. We complained to Sunshine Holidays when we returned home, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution.”

“due to balcon air travel cancellation while i was still in india and Stuck due to JETair ways debacle booked with chrystal travel that hung me out to dry the BRILLIANT SUNSHINE TEAM FONED ME BACK WITH THE NEWHOLIDAY BOOKING AND DIFFERENT FLIGHTS TO MY NEW HOLIDAY IN BULGARIA BRILLIANT TEAM BUILT OF STEEL 110% GOOD ALL ROUND”
