Hello Mr Crawley, I do hope you are well. I have had a look on your file and would like to confirm that your order has shipped and has been fully confirmed. The emails should go out the other way around with your pending first then followed by your shipped. I am unsure why this has happened in this instance but I do apologise for an inconvenience this may have caused.
