“The site was easy to use and refer back to with changes etc. The charges were explained clearly and flight times etc were displayed early on in the booking (these sometimes are an important factor in whether to book or not and it's frustrating to go through the whole procedure on some booking sites before you find that the flight times are unsuitable) The ATOL certificates and vouchers printed automatically after booking and the whole experience was a positive one.”
