“Ridiculously long waiting times to get through to speak to someone. Holiday due to go in July 2019 looking to do name change and they're constantly blaming the airline even though the airline will not deal with me directly as sunshine are ones that I used to book with. Stay clear off sunshine!!!!!!!”

“Ok company to buy through but what they don’t tell you or offer you before booking is seating together on the plane which once booked is £25 pp and also all you get is 10kg of hand luggage if you want hold luggage of 22kg it’s £64pp but yet again not told of any of this until you have booked and paid your non refundable deposit. Other then that it’s ok we don’t go until 24th June so will see how the rest of it goes and will do another review when we get back.”
