“a couple of things. the holiday was booked as adults only, but there were families with small children in the hotel. Not what we asked for. the all inclusive was not as stated. the bar closed at 11pm not 12.00 there were not snacks during the day time. all in all a very good hotel with good staff but the holiday was not as described.”

“Ridiculously long waiting times to get through to speak to someone. Holiday due to go in July 2019 looking to do name change and they're constantly blaming the airline even though the airline will not deal with me directly as sunshine are ones that I used to book with. Stay clear off sunshine!!!!!!!”
