“An illogical and unclear booking system has left me very stressed and potentially out of pocket. I booked double rooms to accommodate 5 adults and 1 child, logically assuming I’d get three rooms. I was only allocated 2, which is an unrealistic configuration. I feel very cheated and this has caused be a great deal of stress.”
