“The baggage pricing was completely wrong on their website and I paid £36 each way and then I refreshed my search and the price dropped to £18 each way. I raised it with customer service and they said the baggage prices vary. I spoke with my airline provider and they confirmed that flight prices vary but baggage prices remain the same. Very unimpressed with the service and advice I received from them.”
