“Various luggage options are not given when booking e.g. checking in bags, 10kg cabin bag to take onboard, priority check in etc. Only one option was given which then misled me to think that the 10kg cabin bag to take on board came within the price quoted. Once booked I understood that it wasn't and was going to cost me extra £24 return plus administration charges of £30. Why would I want to pay an admin charge after booking the trip when I wasn't given the correct options to do in the first place. If I had known this whilst booking I wouldn't have booked as there were two other travel websites coming in cheaper by £150 including cabin bags. Really disappointed that the website is misleading customers, you seriously need to sort it out! I will be filing an official complaint.”
