“Hello unfortunately this was a bad experience after booking my hotel was not confirmed. I had much difficulty trying to contact you when I arrived at the hotel our room was not available so we were moved to another hotel.we had trouble getting our transfer to and from the hotel and I spent much of the time whilst away calling the uk and transfer company as they were stating that they had not had the updated information from yourselves and so could not change the transfer time this was a really stressful experience and not the relaxing holiday I'd hoped with endless changes and the stress of worrying if we could get back to the uk.”

“So so easy booking with these people. We saw a holiday with another company who said the price on the internet was not the live price and increased it by over £200. Sunshine advertised the same holiday at a cheaper price and after paying a deposit it was c9nfirmed at that price. S7nshine holidays are true to their advert, unlike some”

“After requesting the booking for the holiday I got a call saying the holiday was going up a great amount I was then offered 2 hotels with nothing no entertainment considerably lower standard all round so I tried to get advice as to where would be similar was very open to suggestions to help as the money had bee. Taken and that was all I had to pay for it the the refund would take 5 days by then the holiday time of work would have passed so was going to be impossible for us to go so I tried lots of place age was not trying help at all no flights was Blythe answer she was so unhelpful in the whole situation I was devastated and she made everything worse o ended up borrowing money to try to get some where suitable bit no sk no the booking was terrible”
